- Review and evaluate the customer’s strategy, and counsel on the most suitable capital structure and estimation for support plan.
- Prepare and issue an exhaustive Information Memorandum.
- Organize street shows for PE lenders
- Identify the drawn out worth that the customer offers and persuade the key accomplices to value this worth.
- Co-ordinate with different administrative bodies like SEBI, RBI, etc.
- Co-ordinate legitimate, monetary and technical due-diligence and compliance for the benefit of the investor(s).
